The Vault Plate has snapped at the edge and plate and tip separated from the shaft.
A new Vault Plate was made and affixed with high strength epoxy glue.
Then a new BK Rush tip was also glued with epoxy.
Then the vault plate and tip were trimmed to size as one unit.

The ferrule was quite scratched, so it took a bit of work to get it looking nice.

The thread mill is driven by a high speed spindle and produces much better threads than conventional thread cutting.
