Live Threading
Live threading a shaft for a screw on ferrule.
The thread mill is driven by a high speed spindle and produces much better threads than conventional thread cutting.
Making A Shaft
Here are some pictures and videos of making a shaft.
This will be a shaft for a jump cue. For a playing cue I also drill the end of the shaft to reduce end mass and cueball deflection.
